Tibetan Coat.
This is a reversible coat: one side is mostly blue, with a large dragon and blossoms embroidery at centre upper back and the other side is mostly green with batik prints and trims. Chinese 100% silk brocade with golden dragons, taffeta moire, batik prints and cotton brocade were all used to assemble it from a traditional Tibetan theatre costume pattern and is quite versatile! $400.
1860's Victorian Colonial day dress.
This is a historically accurate reproduction of that era's day dress.
Set 1: $375. is the top and skirt.
Set 2 : $475. The crinoline is added.
The extra wide crinoline (appropriate for contemporary wedding gowns) is available for $100. on its own.
MEDIEVAL STYLE DAYDRESS
This Plum coloured dress is modeled on Medieval gowns, with an opening which laces up for best comfort. It is made of textured velvety faux suede and a sari. The sari served as the insert of the dress and its border was used to trim the cuffs and the insert hem, which is longer at the back. The photo above shows it close up.
Size 10-14: $100.

CARNEVALE di VENEZIA COAT.
This luxurious coat was donated for the Silent Auction at the Snowflake Ball Fundraiser (Ottawa) a black tie or masquerade event to raise funds for Chrone's Disease. It features iridescent shot jade/aqua taffeta; either forest green or plum lace overlaying antique gold satin; imported Indian trim in gold and gree with numerous other trims at wrists and throughout. The shoulder rolls are plum velvet and the beaded collar is green lace to the front and plum lace to the back over gold netting with three peacock feathers, which were the colour inspiration for the garment.
SEA DRAGON BEADED MASK.
A beaded mask for Carnaval adepts! More than 19000 beads were used in this mask!!!
Two beaded mother-of-pearl shell cabochons, sequinned flowers,
silk flowers and crystal iridescent organza soften the hard sheen of the glass and jet beads used.
Adult size: $400.
The Mask above was quite instrumental in the inspiration for the following Goddess of the Sea SEDNA costume. The tail part was made from a sari... The boned bustier has shells, freshwater pearls, glass beading and metallic thread embroidery on crystal shot organza. There is a short organza bolero.The jewellery used to complete the outfit was made from vintage 40s and 50s jewellery.
